Matthew Curnow

 

Matt is commonly referred to as the “Energizer Bunny!” With his goal in every session to share a bit of that energy (especially at 5:30am) and get people moving with fun interactive sessions that flow so well the tough work feels like it’s over in a flash!

He’s recently finished the Melbourne Marathon in October as a new type of challenge as his past fitness achievements have all been in cycling.

Third Year Exercise Science Student with the intention of a Masters in Exercise Rehabilitation.

He currently works as a Sports Trainer for the South Melbourne District Football Team

Sport & Fitness achievements:

Competed at the State and National Championships in Road Cycling, for 5 years

Organized and rode in a Solo 24 Hour Road Ride for Multiple Sclerosis in January 2011

Ran in the 2011 Melbourne Marathon
